Terms of supply.

Last updated: 13 May 2026

These terms govern the supply of milk and other items by MI:LK am to consumers in North London. They sit alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

About me

MI:LK am is a sole trader operated by Greg, running a doorstep delivery round in N22, N10, N11, N3 and NW11.

How the agreement is formed

When you register, I confirm by email whether your street is on the round and propose a start date. The agreement is formed when I confirm and you agree by reply, in writing or by accepting the first delivery. There is no minimum term.

Prices and payment

Delivery

Changing, pausing or cancelling

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As an open-ended supply of goods, you can end this arrangement at any time as described above. Once perishable goods (milk, bread, eggs, dairy) have been delivered, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply — Regulation 28(1)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 excludes goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. You may still refuse to accept a delivery; please email me to do so.

Faulty or unsatisfactory goods

If anything you receive is below the quality you'd reasonably expect — sour milk, broken bottle, damaged carton — email me on the day of delivery. I'll either replace the item on the next round or credit it against your monthly invoice, your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Liability

I take responsibility for the quality of what I deliver. I cannot accept liability for losses that were not foreseeable, were caused by anything outside my reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, supplier shortage) or that result from anything you have done. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Complaints

Email hello@milkam.co.uk. I aim to reply the same day and resolve within seven days. If we can't agree, you may use the Government's free consumer rights service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Plain summary: No contract, no minimum, no notice period. Email to add, skip or stop. One invoice on the 1st of each month, paid by BACS. Glass bottles stay mine — please leave the empties on the step. If anything's wrong, email the same day and I'll sort it.
